Shipping & Payment

Here at The Aussie Seed Shed, we know how exciting it is to get new gardening goodies. That's why our order dispatch time is 1 to 3 business days 'on paper', but your orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours.

Please note that we cannot dispatch any orders until all payments have been cleared. Please ensure all invoices are paid promptly so our dispatch team can get your goodies out to you as soon as possible.

All orders are shipped out from Logan or the Redlands, South-East Queensland. We do not currently offer a local pickup option. Due to complicated quarantine requirements, we do not post our products internationally.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Australia Post no longer guarantees their delivery timeframes. Please note because of this the delivery time frames below are estimates only. For an estimated delivery time, check out the different shipping options below.

SEED PACKETS ONLY 

Shipping on seed-only orders are FREE. This is standard letter postage. There is no express option for our free promotion.

But good news! To post everything else, we will split the cost with you. Standard parcel post is only $7 your cost (or $11 express). We will chip the rest.

PARCEL POST 

For all other items we ship via Australia Post's Parcel Post. Please select one of the two shipping options below. Please note we offer flat rate shipping at The Aussie Seed Shed. This means, no matter how much you order, your postage will not increase.

Please also note, as stated above, Australia Post's processing times below are in addition to our dispatch teams processing times.

Standard Shipping (includes Tracking) — 2 to 8 business days — $7 (discounted price)

Express Shipping (includes Tracking) — 1 to 3 business days — $11 (discounted price)

TO OUR WA AND TAS CUSTOMERS

Please note due to quarantine restrictions, we cannot send seeds to Western Australia or Tasmania. To our Western Australia and Tasmania customers, you are welcome to buy non-restricted items. However, please do not order any seeds or kits that include seeds. All orders that contain seeds and are to be sent to Western Australia or Tasmania will be cancelled and refunded. We are currently working with government authorities to ensure we can send orders to every state in Australia in the near future. Stay tuned!
