Early Jesi Cauliflower is high in vitamin C and the leaves of the cauliflower plant are edible too! Ensure your cauliflower head is protected from pests by taking the inner green leaves of the plant and tying them up around the head.

Brassica oleracea var botrytsis | 75 seeds per packet

Start in seed trays in a protected area (indoors or inside a greenhouse) or sow direct approximately 4mm deep. Keep the soil moist. Leave 45 to 70cm between transplanted seedlings or sown seeds, and approximately 75 to 90cm between rows of Early Jesi Cauliflower. Germination occurs within 6 to 12 days, at an ideal temperature of 10 to 30°C. Water well, keeping the soil moist. Early Jesi Cauliflower reaches full maturity within 100 to 160 days. Sow in summer and autumn for a winter crop*.
