Italian Parsley is biennial herb that grows large, flat leaves which are full of flavour. Italian Parsley has a stronger flavour than curled varieties. Italian Parsley is a great source of vitamins and minerals. This variety of parsley is fast growing and is great for planting in pots, containers, or grow bags.

Sow seeds direct approximately 3mm deep or raise seedlings. Germination occurs within 14 to 21 days, at an ideal temperature of 10 to 30°C. Transplant seedlings when they are big enough to handle without damaging the plant. Leave 30cm between sown seeds and rows of Italian Parsley seeds. Italian Parsley plants reaches full maturity after around 100 days.
