White Icicle Radish forms a carrot-shaped edible root that is snow white and mild in flavour. White Icicle Radishes can grow up to 15cm long, are crisp in texture and have a thin skin. This variety of radish is fast growing, early maturing and can handle being planted in an area that only gets partial sun.

This product has been treated with thiram. Thiram treated seeds are safe to plant and produce crop from. Do not consume the treated seeds.

Sow seeds direct into a garden bed or pot approximately 12mm deep. If you prefer, seeds can be sown into a drill and soil can be sprinkled lightly over the seeds (make sure you don't pack the soil down tight!). Keep the soil moist ensuring that it doesn't dry out. When sowing direct, ensure radish seeds are sown 3 to 5cm apart. If sprinkling seeds, thin sprouts so they are 3 to 5cm apart. Leave approximately 25 to 30cm between rows of White Icicle Radish. Germination occurs within 5 to 14 days. Seeds can be sown in all seasons and in a range of temperatures, but for best results sow when the temperature is between 10 to 30°C in spring and autumn. White Icicle Radish reach full maturity after around 30 days.
