Giant Single Sunflowers are a yellow-centred, yellow-petal flower that can grow up to 1.5 to 2 metres tall. Giant Single Sunflower plants produce one, large, golden, impressive flowerhead. These plants are hardy, drought-tolerant and fast growing. This variety of sunflower also boasts a strong rust resistance. Giant Single Sunflowers are great for attracting beneficial insects to your garden.

Sow seeds directly into your garden bed or pots approximately 10mm deep or raise seedlings. Leave around 30cm between Giant Single Sunflowers plants and around 180cm between rows of Giant Single Sunflowers. Ideally, sow seeds when the temperature is between 21 to 30°C. Germination occurs within 7 to 14 days. Transplant your Giant Single Sunflowers seedlings out when they are between 5 to 10cm tall. Giant Single Sunflowers reach full maturity after approximately 90 days.
