Sow seeds direct or raise seedlings in a protected area (in a greenhouse or indoors), approximately 5mm deep. Sow seeds after the dangers of frost have past in spring or in early summer*. Transplant seedlings out when they are stable enough to handle. Leave approximately 50cm between seeds or seedlings, and around 60 to 70cm between rows of Rouge De Marmande Tomatoes. Germination occurs within 5 to 10 days at an ideal temperature of around 20 to 27°C. Rouge De Marmande Tomato plants reach full maturity within 70 to 80 days.
